Interested in helping an art student in exchange for cool art? You've come to the right place! ~(￣▽￣)~*Commissions will be taken via Google Forms since it helps me in keeping myself organized - I highly suggest reading my Terms of Service before submitting a form.

Full Terms of Service

Payment:

-> Payment should be sent to my Ko-fi
ko-fi.com/astralluvi
-> Half (50%) of the commission price must be paid upfront, the remaining half will be paid before receiving the completed artwork.

Refunds:

-> Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete your commission. Otherwise, no refunds can be made once I have already started.

Process:

-> References must be provided (character, pose, outfit, etc.)

Alterations:

Fees will apply AFTER the concept sketch has been agreed on. The price of the alteration will depend on its impact on the piece (alterations range from 5-30 USD).

Cancellations:

Before starting, I reserve the right to decline commissions IF:
-> I am unable to complete your request for different reasons (emergencies, time constraints, etc.)
-> I am uncomfortable with you or the concept of the project. I will NOT create works meant for ill intent against someone/something.
Declined commissions are free of charge.

Use of Artwork:

The commissioned artwork will be shared on my socials by default, unless stated otherwise. Please state if you'd prefer to keep the piece private.If you would like to post the artwork on your account, please do so by properly crediting me in the post.-> Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any form of theft is prohibited; the commissioned artwork is NOT ALLOWED for any use of training AI, making NFTs, tracing, and/or claiming the work as your own.
